Sets out the County Court procedure for evicting squatters from property. It can be used both for evicting squatters from houses and flats and for evicting travellers from fields and woodland. It can also, in some circumstances, be used to evict people remaining in properties after the legal tenant has left.
This kit will enable a landlord to bring a claim in the county court for a money judgement for rent arrears.
