This course contains instructions on claiming the return of the damage deposit and the 'fine' of three times the deposit money if the tenant is in breach of the Tenancy Deposit Protection Rules (applicable for deposits paid after 6 April 2007 or where the tenancy was renewed after that date) as well as instructions for obtaining a County Court Judgement, if the Tenancy Deposit Protection Rules do not apply to the tenancy
